A regenerative community located on the Pacific coast south of Zihuatenejo, Mexico,
MUSA is 110-Acre real estate development project with a unique approach to hospitality-minded real estate development that combines environmental stewardship with community-based infrastructure.

WerkWell is leading the next phase of the master planning effort with a focus on community-based circular infrastructure that can grow with the project, integration of sustainable and circular practices in the construction process and the implementation of development guidelines to ensure the construction process and materials selection adhere to the underlying values of the project.

WerkWell is collaborating with leading global companies to develop an innovation hub for the built environment as a dynamic showcase of leadership in sustainability, renewable energy, and the circular economy.
Using a systems-based approach to develop the property, the hub will demonstrate integrated, real-world solutions that work in harmony across infrastructure, technology, and urban design.
Beyond acting s a living laboratory, it will function as a strategic think tank and commercialization platform, enabling companies to accelerate innovation, strengthen collaborations to scale their solutions internationally.
The hub will act as global catalyst for advanced urban development and the next generation of climate-positive cities through on-going public and private sector programming, events, educational series and workforce development to accelerate the deployment of solutions that can deliver real positive impact to building sector.
